I listened to "Introduction to focus 10" last night and it was marvelous my whole body fell asleep and then watching the video images fleeting by but the one that surprised me was I wanted to see if I could imagine things much clearer in Focus 10 so I decided to imagine Jason from Friday the 13th boy wrong choice! That seemed so real and life like. Anyway, I want to master "introduction to focus 10" to teach my body to completely go to sleep and draw my attention away from my body like you did.
