Hemi-Sync – Progess
I wrote a small blog entry 5 days ago about “Hemi-Sync Support for Journeys Out of the Body”, so I am taking the time to give a small progress report, especially after last night.
I went to bed around 10 PM last night and read 30 pages of Robert Monroe’s book “Far Journeys”. I am actually reading his books in reverse, I started with reading “Ultimate Journey”. It was lights out at 10:30 PM and I put my headphones on and began listening to “Condition A”.
I spent the first 15 minutes staring at blackness and repeating affirmations. Then some unusual events started unfolding before my closed eyes. I first started seeing the pulsating colors that I mentioned in a previous blog entry. This resembles the colors that appear on an old TV if you stick a magnet on it, the colors start out by covering my complete field of vision and then move inward to single point and then disappear. I would like to mention that there is a pattern here in that when I see these colors, I am right on the edge of stranger things.
The colors lasted for about 5 minutes and then I started seeing very vivid mental imagery. First I saw a coiled rope in perfect clarity laying on the ground and then it vanished quickly. Next, I felt that I was floating in a forest at twilight, I was 20 feet above the tree tops and the trees, they were all bare and displayed perfect white branches. There were thousands of these trees. The sky was a beautiful dark blue color and the stars were out. This vision quickly disappear. Next I heard a voice very clearly say “There it is!”
The voices and imagery stopped after about a minute “I think” and I sat up in bed. When I sat up, I noticed that something felt wrong, I didn’t feel my body’s weight or sense of touch. I suddenly realized that I was out of my body and instantly was snapped back and sat up again and noticed I still had the headphones on listening to “Condition A”.
I will continue using this product as it seems to induce the OB state very effectively.
