Here you will find personal explorations beyond the physical limits of the body. These explorations are not based on any particular science or religious dogma but instead on an unquenchable desire for knowledge and a better understanding of self and the universe through astral projection, personal experience and spiritual exploration.

I found everybodys comments on OBE and Buddhist meditation very interesting indeed, if I might just say, I too have practiced different buddhist meditations, aswell as highest yoga tantra meditations and Kriya Yoga meditations from various empowerments. Robert Bruces Astral Dynamics and Energy work books are right on the money as are all the other types of work I have done, If you wander about enough and stay extremely open minded, absorb everything there is in courses web information and books, you will see the main similarity to all of these methods are Concentration and Control, they are just worded differently as this suits us as different individuals, it wouldnt do for us to all follow the same page, but we are all definately in the same book, and it seems are eyes are wide open..Cheerz guys and the best of luck to you all..
Thanks for the read newmethod.

I look forward to trying Vipassana and reading Robert Bruce's books. I have read Monroe's books and William Buhlman's and now I would like to get a different perspective.

I think that by practicing things very similar to Astral Projection and reading about it constantly I will flood my subconscious and make it reality. People use the word immersion to describe this in foreign language tutorials a lot.

Keep me posted of your progress.

Best Regards

David

I don't know about Shamatha Meditation but i have done Vipassana Meditation courses and the techniques from Robert Bruce's New Energy Ways and Vipassana meditation have huge similarities. i've wondered if Robert Bruse ever did Vipassana meditation or whether he discovered it independantly amp; just happened that they are hugely similar...
