Here you will find personal explorations beyond the physical limits of the body. These explorations are not based on any particular science or religious dogma but instead on an unquenchable desire for knowledge and a better understanding of self and the universe through astral projection, personal experience and spiritual exploration.

I believe that I exist as a isolated unit for a very good reason in that the universe is collecting unique experiences from billions if not an infinite number of beings such as myself as perhaps a creative outlet or for some high purpose that I don’t yet understand.
So yes, in my current version / theory of my existence I am actually part of the collective and am the collective all at the same time.
Perhaps this collective is a isolated unit of it’s own experiencing what it’s like to be an isolated collective and then it’s part of a bigger collective of collectives and we then enter into the infinite loop.
Just a thought.

Exactly along my thought lines... :)

Can I ask what makes you believe you are “just” a localised manifestation of everything you see around you? What about the things you can’t see?

Perhaps I should have just used the word "universe" instead, however I hate using that word because then people start thinking "galaxies and stars" and I believe there is so much more (just like you say) that we can't see.

I was basically trying to say that I believe the universe is a collective consciousness and that I am a localized (normally isolated) manifestation of that consciousness.

David,

David Mathis :
I am just a localized manifestation of everything I see around me and whatever is around me is um well I don’t know. So what does that make me?

I do not know?

I believe I am an information processing unit that stores memories, has experiences, has senses etc. Why all the facilities to process this information and store memories... Don't know... To Evolve?

I believe what I am now, is dependent upon my experiences past (possibly other lifetimes & other forms), my responses to these experiences, and the understanding I have gained from them.

I do "believe" myself to be intimately connected to something greater, or if not greater, then connected to the quantum field - Either way I think I am talking Great Spirit.. I believe I possess part of this Great Spirit within me (and it is only belief & not knowledge - maybe it's not knowledge because I'm a skeptic - but skepticism is healthy in moderate dosages).

There seems to be rules governing this level of existence and my desire is to understand the rules and why they are there..

Can I ask what makes you believe you are "just" a localised manifestation of everything you see around you? What about the things you can't see?

What does a localised manifestation of everything you see around you look like, what does it think like, feel like? I'm sure you'll agree that you are much more that what you can see :)

What then are you? A conglomeration of all things?
I'm not sure... Perhaps something greater..
We are talking about the Ultimate Question here...

Peace,
Dean

Hi Dean,

Thanks for the kind words and it's great you have you on board. I know you will provide great content.

You are absolutely on target when you suggest that people should not take what you say as the truth. It seems that so many times I see people stating things as Truth and then even worse, people accept it as truth without question. People do indeed have to find their own truth and contrary to what others may say, I doubt that anyone will ever find the ultimate truth, at least on while on Earth (although I may be wrong! : ).

I am just a localized manifestation of everything I see around me and whatever is around me is um well I don't know. So what does that make me?
