I have been trying some of your methods that I downloaded in Lucidology 101. At first, I had amazing results, from the first night. Now I have found that these results are dwindling. I awaken at 3:00, do a bit of exercise, so that I won’t be cramped and soar during the ensuing induction time, which helps a lot, meditate or read about lucid dreaming or OBEs for a half hour, get back into bed, lay totally still – and wait. Until recently this worked every time. The last couple of times, however, and with the timer in the background, I was unable to get to sleep, totally. The only OBE or LD onset evidence was seeing through closed eyelids, this lasting only moments, and then a bit of hypnogogia beginning, and then ending. And then nothing. What do you recommend to get through this block?
Even Monroe had his off periods. My suggestion is live in the moment rather than trying to get to a moment.

Thanks for answering. That is encouraging that the Master dreamer himself had those blocks. The comment about living in the moment or mindfulness, is good, sound general advice, however I am looking for a more specific solution.
I purchased Lucidology102 yesterday, am still downloading it. Perhaps I will find the answer there. In a few ongoing conversations that I have in cyberspace with other LDers, there seems to be a time when the routine that always worked now longer works. I guess that keeps the search evolving!
